Samsung Galaxy S10e Name Confirmed Officially Ahead of February 20 Launch
Samsung Galaxy S10e moniker has officially been confirmed by the company's French website. The Samsung France site has created a landing page that details the nomenclature of all three Galaxy S10 models, including the regular Galaxy S10 and the Galaxy S10+. However, the noteworthy revelation is the name of the third model that was initially speculated as the Galaxy S10 Lite and off late rumoured as the Galaxy S10E with an uppercase "E" alphabet. The Galaxy S10e is expected to be the most inferior model in the new range, though it is reported to sport the premium, Infinity-O Display panel and a variety of colour options.
The landing page on Samsung's official French site shows the name of the Galaxy S10 family -- specifically showcases the Galaxy S10e. The smartphone was initially called the Galaxy S10 Lite in some reports, though it was later speculated to debut as the Galaxy S10E -- not the Galaxy S10e with a lowercase "e" alphabet.
The Galaxy S10e is rumoured to have a traditional, side-mounted fingerprint sensor, while the other Galaxy S10 models are recently teased to have an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor.samsung galaxy s10e name Samsung Galaxy S10e
Apart from confirming the moniker of the Galaxy S10e, the landing page shows the names of the Galaxy S10 and Galaxy S10+. However, it doesn't reveal the fourth, 5G-enabled Galaxy S10 model that could debut in select markets. This year's Galaxy S range is also expected to include a Galaxy S10 Limited Edition with 12GB of RAM.
Samsung is formally launching the Galaxy S10 family at the Galaxy Unpacked event on February 20. The event is taking place in San Francisco, California. It is also expected to bring the company's first foldable phone that could debut as the Galaxy Fold or Galaxy F
