LeTV's Le Max, Le 1s India Launch Set for January 20

Chinese firm LeTV has started sending media invites for an event on January 20 where the company is expected to launch its first phones in India. The company is likely to launch the Le Max alongside the Le 1s smartphone.

The official invite for the launch event doesn't say much about the upcoming devices. LeTV India's Facebook page however drops the hint of two smartphones launching on January 20. In a post, the company said, "2016 is the arrival of #SuperPhones. Great things come in pairs."

To recall, the Le Max smartphone was launched back in April last year in China. The Le 1s, on the other hand, was unveiled in October priced at CNY 1,099 (approximately Rs. 11,250) in China. The Indian market will be the first market outside China where the Le Max and Le 1s will be going on sale.
