Lava Iris Fuel 50 is also being treated to Android Lollipop

The Lava Iris Fuel 50 is the second smartphone from the Indian OEM’s 2014 lineup to get treated to Android Lollipop. The company has officially announced that the new OS has started seeding to the handset across the country, bringing a lot of new features to the affordable entry-level release.
The Lava Iris Fuel 50 is part of the company’s battery-focused series and was launched in October of last year with no promise of being bumped to Lollipop. Nevertheless, Android 5.0 is here and it’s said to improve the battery life which should squeeze out a lot more from the already large 3000mAh power pack.
